David Petak - President / Founder / Co-Owner
David Petak is President and Co-Founder of FASTENation, Inc. He has held numerous senior management positions prior to founding FASTENation, Inc. more than 10 years ago. In his previous position David was Vice President of a small manufacturing organization in northern New Jersey and is credited with providing explosive growth by diversifying their product offering. David prides himself on being a true entrepreneur focused on satisfying the needs of his customers (both internally and externally).

Jayne Petak - Executive Vice President / Founder / Co-Owner
Jayne Petak is Executive Vice President and Co-Founder of FASTENation, Inc. She is a graduate of F.I.T. and N.Y.U. She has held numerous positions prior to founding FASTENation, Inc. more than 10 years ago. Jayne prides herself on being a creative spirit focused on driving the FASTENation™ brand throughout all the markets they serve. Jayne is a board member of several charities in Northern New Jersey.

Justin Ferdinand - Vice President
Justin Ferdinand joined FASTENation, Inc. in 2006. Prior to joining the FASTENation, Inc. team, he held various Marketing and Business Development Management roles within both Velcro USA Inc. and Hill-Rom Mfg. Corp. Justin is a graduate of SUNY-Geneseo and Univ. of Massachusetts. Justin is focused on driving FASTENation, Inc.'s growth throughout new and existing product lines to keep FASTENation, Inc. a leader in all the many industries they service.

Erick O'Neill - Operations Manager
Erick O'Neill is Operations Manager of FASTENation, Inc. He has more than 20 years of manufacturing experience and has held numerous roles of increasing responsibility within all the organizations he has worked for. Erick is focused on quality, efficiency, our customers and continuous improvement.
